Alexander Avakian |Pessin Katz Law
Alexander Avakian joined Pessin Katz Law as an associate in its Corporate and Real Estate Group.
Prior to joining PK Law, Avakian was an associate with the California law firm, Lockett + Horwitz, a professional law corporation, where he counseled clients in highly regulated industries, including the cannabis industry.
He assisted clients navigate issues related to regulatory compliance, entity formation, and general business transactions. These clients ranged from small private businesses to large public, fully reporting, operations.
Avakian received his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. While in law school, he was a Student Attorney for the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and an executive editor for the Syracuse Law Review. He attended the University of California, Irvine and received his Bachelor of Arts in political science.
