Rob Norton
President, Cordish Global Gaming

Throughout his career, Norton has held many respected positions. He currently serves on the board of directors for the American Gaming Association and Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce.
In the past, he has served on the board of directions for the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation and participated in Leadership Anne Arundel and served on many advisory panels for leading slot manufacturing companies to drive the future innovation of gaming technologies.
Of his many contributions, whether it is fostering career growth for a Live team member or helping a local nonprofit meet its mission, are the most fulfilling parts of his job.
“It’s not really about my own contributions, but rather the relationships I’ve built over the years all around Maryland with some truly inspiring people,” Norton said.
While using his influence to help, military organizations have special meaning, especially since the business is so close to Fort Meade and many of the neighbors are active-duty military or veterans.
Live works closely with the Marine Corps Toys for Tots, the USO and the Maryland Veterans Trust Fund. Overall, Live ranks third among the corporate philanthropists in the region, giving close to $7 million annually to charities across the region.
Norton is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science in hotel administration. He resides in Anne Arundel County with his wife and four children.
