Considered the largest Christmas project of its kind, the group has a goal of delivering more than 11 million packages to youngsters around the globe this year.
In the past several years, Samaritan’s Purse has signed short-term leases for space in Columbia and Baltimore to accommodate its requirement.
Delivered in 1972, 7210 Ambassador Road is a flex/light distribution building contained within the Rutherford Business Center. Featuring 16-foot ceiling heights, multiple future dock positions and an adjacent parking field that can accommodate approximately 325 vehicles, the building is located with two miles from Interstate 695 (Baltimore Beltway) and is approximately 15 minutes from Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport.
