Restoration and cleaning services company Servpro of County has signed a lease with St. John Properties Inc. for 10,080 square feet of space at Westview Business Park, a 49-acre mixed-use business community situated off Interstate 270 at MD Route 85 in Frederick.

According to owners Art Hall and Jennifer Lolli-Hall, the company intends to relocate its regional operations and approximately 30 employees to 5123 Pegasus Court by early next year.

Danny Foit of St. John Properties represented the landlord in this transaction. 

Servpro of Frederick County is part of an international network of more than 2,200 individually owned and operated franchises specializing in fire and water cleanup and restoration services, construction, mold mitigation, biohazard, and pathogen remediation.

The Frederick franchise serves a footprint encompassing the greater Frederick region, including Mt. Airy, Ijamsville, Middletown, Thurmont and Woodsboro. Servpro also provides construction site, emergency, general and specialty cleaning services.

Westview Business Park consists of nine flex/R&D buildings comprising more than 420,000 square feet of space, and five retail buildings totaling more than 30,000 square feet of space, and features restaurants Chili’s, Mission BBQ, and Texas Roadhouse.

The business community has frontage and roadside visibility from Buckeystown Pike (Maryland Route 85) and is positioned two miles from Interstate 70, 26 miles from Leesburg, Virginia, 30 miles from Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway), and 40 miles from downtown Washington.
