Mentorship has reached broadly across multiple programs. Serving as the University of Baltimore School of Law alumni liaison for its 1L mentoring program, she guides current students. Interns receive her résumé review and career guidance through her service as a U.S. Department of Justice Ambassador. Additional mentoring comes through the Baltimore City Bar Association, and nonprofit initiatives allow her to support youth in Baltimore.

Sanders is committed to inspiring change in both her professional work and her community engagement. Upholding the rule of law, she contributes to advancing legal practices that are fair and effective. Beyond her formal duties, she actively mentors students, interns and young professionals. Underserved communities receive her support through nonprofit initiatives and bar associations, with her experience directed toward expanding representation, access and opportunity in the legal field.

She holds a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from California State University, Los Angeles.
