Ottley, Priscilla

Priscilla Ottley serves as senior vice president and area leader for Anne Arundel and Southern Maryland at Truist. Her deep commitment to customer experience, paired with large-scale operational leadership, lets her drive both meaningful transformation and performance. Clarity, accountability and purpose define how she leads, and alongside investment in growth for people and communities, she delivers results consistently.

At Citi, Ottley led client experience transformation efforts that lifted the Retail Business Bank from No. 8 to No. 1 in J.D. Power ranking within one year. She scaled those strategies across multiple business lines, and she influenced how customer experience practices were adopted enterprise-wide.

Financial empowerment is something she is deeply committed to advancing, both inside her organization and across the communities she serves. Accountability, development and purpose-driven performance are the focus of her professional leadership.

Across Baltimore City and Baltimore County Public Schools, Ottley has mentored students through financial literacy workshops, guiding them over multiple sessions and touchpoints through the foundational concepts of long-term financial decision-making, banking and credit. In areas that are often overlooked early in life, building confidence and practical understanding is her emphasis. The work is deeply personal to her as a BCPS graduate, and expanding access to opportunity and financial knowledge is the commitment it reflects. She has facilitated more than 50 financial literacy workshops. Initiatives that widen access to long-term financial stability, education and resources also draw her active investment.
