Owens Corning, Constellation reach deal

Owens Corning Corp., of Toledo, Ohio, a manufacturer of building materials including glass and insulation, announced the Baltimore-based Constellation will build a 2.6 megawatt solar generation project that will supply clean energy to the company’s thermal and acoustical insulation plant in Delmar, N.Y.
