Montgomery County to appeal PSC’s OK of Pepco rate hike

Montgomery County Executive Isiah Leggett on Tuesday said he has directed the county attorney’s office to file an appeal in Montgomery County Circuit Court of the Maryland Public Service Commission’s granting Pepco a $27 million increase in electricity distribution rates.
