Under Michelle Wright’s leadership, CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield has implemented wellness programs that have improved the health and well-being of her coworkers’ lives. She also introduced a formal mentoring program that has been so successful, the number of participants doubled this year.

Wright is a member of the Maryland Governor’s Reinvestment Board and is a board member for the United Way of Central Maryland’s Women’s United Executive Council. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and Johns Hopkins University.
