What is your most significant accomplishment?

I am incredibly fortunate to have had an early start to my career, taking a leadership role at a young age. Now at 34, I am excited to be leading My Cleaning Service as owner and CEO, with my years of experience on professional boards, committees, civic involvement and volunteerism.

Under my leadership, our team has been able to shift a 50-year organization to a modern, scientific-based, systematic operation that still holds the family values of my grandparents when they founded the company in 1970. These changes have propelled MCS into a phase of rapid growth.

I believe my most significant professional accomplishment to be my leadership through the COVID-19 global pandemic. Due to my recent desire to leverage cloud-based technology, we were fully prepared to handle the enormous influx of requests for disinfection services that we continue to receive. MCS has been able to mobilize crews quickly to return businesses back to operation after a positive case of COVID-19 has been identified in the building.

The time during the world pandemic has been the fight of a lifetime for business owners. I am proud to have fostered a strong relationship with our clients.
