RCM&D relocating headquarters to Hunt Valley

Insurance advisory firm RCM&D signed a lease with North Park Ventures LLC for 24,904 square feet of space and plans to relocate its headquarters from Towson to 4 North Park in Hunt Valley next January.

In addition, financial planning group Jacob William Advisory signed a 4,402-square-foot lease within the five-story, nearly 130,000-square-foot commercial office building situated within the North Park Business Community and is moving from the Lutherville area.

Joe Bradley, senior vice president and principal for MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services represented North Park Ventures, LLC in both lease transactions. Mark Deering, a principal with MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate services, represented RCM&D, with Clare Berrang, formerly with Newmark, representing Jacob William Advisory.

Jacob William Advisory provides financial, estate, retirement, and tax planning, as well as investment management and private client services. The group plans to move this fall.

4 North Park is part of a five-building office complex situated within the heart of the Hunt Valley business community. Positioned adjacent to Interstate 83 and located approximately five minutes from Towson and 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore, nearby amenities include Hunt Valley Towne Centre, anchored by Wegmans Food Market, several hotels and multiple sit-down and fast-casual restaurants. The Hunt Valley Light Rail station is also located within walking distance.
