Baltimore Restaurant Week returning for 20th year

Set for Jan. 23 to Feb. 1, the winter restaurant week will feature more than 75 participating restaurants across Baltimore City with special prix fixe brunch, lunch and dinner options, according to DPOB.
The two-decade milestone marks a highly anticipated week as this winter’s edition will highlight cuisine from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, ranging from historic favorites in Little Italy and the Inner Harbor to new kitchens in Station North, Federal Hill and Harbor East.
“Restaurant Week is one of the best ways to experience why Baltimore is known for great dining,” DPB President Shelonda Stokes said.
“It gives people a reason to try something new at a favorite restaurant or discover a new neighborhood spot altogether. We’re grateful to Pompeian for partnering with us to elevate Restaurant Week and the participating restaurants.”
According to DPOB, participating restaurants will also spotlight local seafood, modern comfort food, global street fare and more. Olive oil brand Pompeian will be the restaurant week’s presenting sponsor.
“For more than a century, Pompeian has believed that great food brings people together, and there is no better example of that than Baltimore Restaurant Week,” Pompeian executive Michael Vercelletto said.
“As a Baltimore-based, farmer-owned company, we are proud to once again support the chefs and restaurateurs who make this city’s dining scene so compelling.”
