Superfood cafe Grain & Berry coming to Baltimore County
Grain & Berry, a fast-casual superfood cafe offering handcrafted acaí bowls, smoothies, cold-pressed juices and a variety of healthier lunch options, will be opening its first Baltimore County location at Owings Mills‘ Red Run Station, Baltimore-area real estate firm Hill Management Services Inc. announced.
According to franchise owner William Chaney, Grain & Berry Owing Mills will be the first of at least three Baltimore County franchises.
Lolli and Pop Fruit Oasis development group signed a lease with Hill Management Services for 1,750 square feet of space with the retail center located at 11054 Red Run Blvd. The cafe is expected to open before summer, Chaney said according to a release.
“The high visibility of Red Run Station immediately grabbed my attention, and the reaction was similar to my first experience sampling a Grain & Berry smoothie – it just grew on you the more you thought about it,” Chaney said.
“That section of Owings Mills is crowded with early-morning and late-day commuters and we expect to generate a tremendous amount of business from the drive-by traffic.”
Based in Florida, Grain & Berry’s menu features flatbreads, parfaits, quesadillas, salads, wraps, smoothies and more.
Grain & Berry will join Red Run Station establishments Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Looks Nail Spa, Baltimore Smiles, Cheesesteak & Co. and Dunkin’.
