Baltimore-based commercial real estate investment and management company Continental Realty Corporation has named Joe Schaefer to the newly-created position of real estate manager. He was formerly director of operations for Landmark Realty.

In his new position, Schaefer will support the commercial, multifamily and construction divisions of the company with targeted responsibilities designed to enhance or drive forward specific projects. This will include performing research on property-level capital projects; reporting and benchmarking company operations against identified industry peers; creating financial models and handling special assignments.
