What’s the most important thing you do in your job?
I believe that each of us has an obligation to do our best to enhance professionalism, courtesy and ethical practice. We each have the obligation of promoting these ideals not only by our words, but by our example. Showing respect for our judicial system and fostering collegiality is one of the most important things I try to do.
What is one aspect of your profession you would like to change?
I would like to facilitate more opportunities to promote and enhance collegiality among lawyers, judges and others working in our judicial system.
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?
Unfortunately, like so many of us, I’m a one-trick pony. My career as a musician had no chance of getting off the ground, any more than my skills allowed me to be a ski instructor or a skipper on a yacht racer.
