Brittny Bagley serves as owner and creative visionary officer of B.Luxe Event Rentals. The company is Baltimore’s only Black and woman-owned luxury event rental and production company. Bagley founded B.Luxe Event Rentals in 2019 and supervises eight employees.

Bagley earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology in 2013. She has received multiple honors. In 2025, she was named to the Female Founders 500 by Inc. Magazine and received the Black Wall Street Award from BMore News. In 2024, the Baltimore Business Journal recognized her in their 40 Under 40 list. That same year, B.Luxe Event Rentals was named Top Furniture Rental Company by Baltimore’s Best Weddings. The company also received Couples Choice Awards from Wedding Wire in 2022 and Editor’s Choice Awards from Wedding Rule in 2021.

Bagley created a mentorship initiative under Six Figure Seasons to guide early-stage women entrepreneurs through hands-on business planning, mindset coaching and scaling strategies. One mentee went from side hustle to secure consistent corporate contracts within six months. Bagley continues to support her growth through regular check-ins and resource-sharing.

“I’m deeply committed to creating lasting change by championing entrepreneurship, wellness, and access,” Bagley said. “Through B.Luxe and Six Figure Seasons, I provide mentorship, jobs, and resources to help others build sustainable businesses. I also invest in youth programs and corporate wellness to uplift underserved communities and foster generational growth.”

Bagley serves on the board of Vehicles for Change, a position she has held since 2025. When asked about her most significant professional accomplishment, Bagley said, “Launching B.Luxe Event Rentals and scaling it into a nationally recognized, award-winning company serving high-end clients while creating jobs, mentoring entrepreneurs, and giving back through impactful community events is my most significant accomplishment to date.”
