Andrea Kirk, CFP, CRPC, APMA, is a private wealth manager and managing partner at Inspire Confidence Group, a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial, LLC. One of the female managing partners of the practice, Kirk has helped grow it into a nationally recognized, award-winning practice. The practice has earned a range of national honors, including Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Management Teams in 2024 and 2025, the Five Star Wealth Manager designation from 2014 through 2026, the Ameriprise Client Experience Award from 2020 through 2024 and the Ameriprise Ultimate Digital Excellence Award from 2022 through 2024.
Kirk’s commitment to community service is rooted in her early involvement with 4-H, where she developed values of leadership and integrity. She currently serves as a board member and chair of the Governance Committee for the Sexual Assault Resource Center in Maryland, a role she has held since January 2024. In that capacity, she helps guide an organization dedicated to supporting survivors, providing critical advocacy services and offering support during moments of deep crisis.
Since 2020, Kirk has served as a peer coach through the Women’s Empowerment Network. During the coronavirus pandemic, she worked with a mentee balancing the demands of motherhood, remote work and a career in financial advising, focusing their work on survival and personal connection.
