Brooke Schnorr serves as chief operating officer of 7BC of Maryland, LLC, operating as 7 Brew Maryland, where she has led the launch of multiple high-volume store locations and helped create more than 100 local jobs per location.
Before joining 7 Brew Maryland, Schnorr owned The Bus Stop, a small business featured in People magazine’s “100 Reasons We Love America.” She has built systems for hiring, training and large-scale community engagement while navigating complex logistics, crisis moments and rapid growth.
Beyond her operational responsibilities, Schnorr has built the Hampstead Little Free Pantry alongside her daughters into a community-wide resource for local families. What began as a neighborhood pantry has grown into an organized effort involving donation drives, deliveries and social media outreach highlighting community partners. She uses the initiative as a hands-on mentorship opportunity, guiding her daughters and other young people in understanding community needs and responding with empathy and service.
Schnorr also organizes leadership retreats through her business and church communities and actively mentors women in leadership. For more than three years, she has committed to CrossFit at least three times per week — a consistency that has strengthened not only her physical health but her mental toughness and stamina.
She has pursued each new season alongside her husband, her favorite business partner and friend, building and growing together through each new season.
