Capitol Concierge honors R.I.S.E. award recipients
Capitol Concierge, a Columbia-based concierge services company, recently honored the recipients of its 2025 R.I.S.E. (Responsive, Integrity, Service, Excellence) Awards, recognizing team members who exemplify service excellence and a deep commitment to serving others. Held on March 20, the annual awards ceremony celebrated the individuals and teams who went above and beyond in delivering exceptional, personalized service across Capitol Concierge’s residential, commercial, and corporate operations in 2025. Award winners are selected based on feedback from clients, tenants, residents, and corporate staff, along with letters of recommendation. “The R.I.S.E. Awards are a reflection of the people-first culture that defines Capitol Concierge,” Capitol Concierge Lynda Ellis said. “Our team members consistently raise the bar, making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. We are proud to recognize their dedication and passion.” Award categories range from “Rookie of the Year” and “Weekend Warrior” to the organization’s highest honor, the Evelyn Marello Award. Each recognition highlights individuals who embody Capitol Concierge’s core values and commitment to excellence.
