Baltimore’s mayoral candidates meet at forum

Stephanie Rawlings-Blake is participating in her first mayoral candidate forum.

Baltimore’s mayor and candidates vying to take her place will meet Thursday afternoon at an event organized by the Maryland Disabilities Forum.

The forum being held at the headquarters of the National Federation of the Blind in south Baltimore will focus on disability issues, but will also include broader questions from the audience.

Organizers say the candidates who have confirmed that they will attend include Rawlings-Blake, state Sen. Catherine Pugh, former city planning director Otis Rolley, former Councilman Jody Landers, Circuit Court Clerk Frank Conaway and nurse Wilton Wilson.
