This case stems from a complaint, filed in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City, seeking to foreclose the right of redemption on real property that had previously been sold pursuant a tax sale. The court ultimately dismissed the complaint on the grounds that the plaintiff, Ty Webb, LLC (“Webb”), had failed to properly serve all named defendants.
