What advice can you share to help impact not only the younger generation but also the women who are trying to grow in their careers and create positive change?

My advice is to bring your own chair. There may not be enough seats at the table, that’s OK — you can always find space for your own chair. They may not want you at the table, that’s OK — scoot your own chair as close to the table as you can.

They may not want you to be so loud at the table, that’s OK — you can be as loud as you want in your own chair. They may not want to pay for you to have a seat at the table, that’s OK — buy your own chair and show up anyway.

You have the right for your voice to be heard and they need you at the table so bring your own chair.
