Baltimore’s Continental Realty signs Vera Whole Health to lease at Georgia property

Baltimore-based Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) Monday announced a lease with Vera Whole Health to open its newest location in Snellville, Georgia, as one of four new locations for the group’s initial entry into the greater Atlanta metropolitan region.

The San Francisco-based company signed a lease with CRC for 4,708 square feet of space at the 330,000 square foot lifestyle center located at 1350 Scenic Highway South.

Monica Johnson and Kelsi Holman of CRC represented the landlord and Amy Baddour and Jeremy Adams of JLL represented the tenant in this lease transaction.

-based real estate investment and management company CRC acquired The Shoppes at Webb Gin last year, and this latest lease, together with the recent signings of The DRIPBaR, Club Pilates and Browlash, elevates occupancy of the center to approximately 91%. Vera Whole Health is expected to open at the center on Jan. 2, 2024.
