She regularly meets with clients to implement personalized and comprehensive estate plans and is frequently retained to handle the administration of both estates and trusts and guardianship proceedings. Aside from her practice, D’Alessio can assist clients with various transactional needs such as business formation, review and drafting of business contracts and agreements, real estate transactions such as deeds, contracts of sale, and leases, both commercial and residential.
Prior to founding D’Alessio Law, she worked as an associate attorney and then as a partner at Smith, Gildea & Schmidt LLC.

Providing my clients with peace of mind that all affairs are taken care of both during and after their lifetimes.
What is one aspect of your profession you would like to change?
That all jurisdictions implement an electronic filing system for the estate administration process.
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?
I would own and operate an animal rescue or sanctuary.
