What challenges have you faced as a women-owned business?

We’ve faced the challenge of building visibility and credibility in industries where women, and especially women of color, are underrepresented at the highest levels. Access to capital and being taken seriously early on required persistence, resilience and excellence. We’ve grown through those challenges by focusing on the strength of our strategy, the caliber of our team and the outcomes we deliver.

How do you support women in your business and community?

A majority of our team is made up of women, and we’re intentional about fostering a workplace where they can lead, grow and thrive. We invest in mentorship, professional development and real opportunities for advancement. We extend our commitment by partnering with women-owned businesses, supporting women in the faith community and through our sororities, and championing inclusive storytelling.

We’ve managed global events, secured multiyear contracts with national clients, and launched campaigns for institutions shaping history and culture.
