What’s the most important thing you do in your job?
I offer my clients the peace of mind that comes from being prepared for some of life’s most significant uncertainties.
What is one aspect of your profession you would like to change?
I would love to dispel the impression that estate planning is difficult and expensive. The process is often easier and more enjoyable than most people expect, and it is certainly less costly than leaving things to chance.
If you weren’t in this industry, what would you be doing?
I truly enjoy working with people, preparing legal documents, and explaining how they work. If I weren’t an estates & trusts lawyer, I would probably be writing, editing and teaching in another field.
