Yorkridge nabs two new tenants
Yorkridge Shopping Center has added two new tenants to its roster.
Bagby Pizza Co. has agreed to lease a 2,370-square-foot restaurant space, and Pet Value has leased a 4,320-square-foot retail space.
“We are excited to add first-class retailers like Bagby Pizza Company and Pet Value to the growing mix of tenants at Yorkridge Shopping Center,” Mark Renbaum, CEO of Schwaber Holdings, the property’s owner, said in a news release. “Both Bagby Pizza Company and Pet Valu will bring a new wave of visitors to Yorkridge Shopping Center, translating into additional traffic in the center and increased exposure for all tenants.
