Security service to relocate HQ within Baltimore County

Dunbar Security Solutions intends to relocate its corporate headquarters to 201 International Circle in the Hunt Valley Area after signing a lease with Baltimore-area RFP Realty, real estate firm Lee and Associates Maryland announced.

The new headquarters location has 9,689 square feet of space as Dunbar Security plans to make the move this fall, according to a release. 

Dunbar Security, headquartered in Maryland, specializes in access control, intrusion detection, virtual guard monitoring and video surveillance services. The business also provides security personnel to commercial customers in Maryland, Virginia and Texas. According to Lee and Associates, the company operates seven locations throughout Maryland.

“It was extremely important for Dunbar Security Solutions to retain a corporate presence within the Hunt Valley Business Community to minimize disruption to its employees and business customers, and 201 International Circle emerged as the perfect real estate solution,” Lee and Associates executive Kristin Rebeck said.

“A significant selling point was the opportunity to receive building signage, as well an attractive turnkey build-out. This deal could not have been done without a landlord like RFP Realty who was willing to be flexible and creative to find the best solution for Dunbar just as they do for all our tenants no matter the size or scope.”

With roughly 83,000 square feet of commercial office space, 201 International Circle spans five stories high and in close proximity to Interstate 83, the Hunt Valley Light Rail Station and is within walking distance to Hunt Valley Towne Centre. 

The terms of the lease have not been disclosed.
