Fire rips through apartment building in western Maryland

A large fire broke out at a Woodbridge Apartments building along Robinwood Drive near Hagerstown, Md., Tuesday night, Aug. 22, 2017. The Maryland State Fire Marshal's office says the fire late Tuesday in the three-story apartment building in Hagerstown started when lightning struck the roof.
